Green products
More and more companies have had products made from recycled fiberssuch as Bio-based rubber sponge, MARINYLON® recycled nylon fishing net fabric, ARIAPRENE® TPE foam package fabric, Sorona eco-friendly fabric, and so on. All of these have become certified to Standard 100 by Qeko-tex®, Bluesign®, Global Recycled Standard ,and USDA Biobased that enable the circular economy and environmental sustainability.
Green manufacturing
All companies have successively acquired the ISO14001 environmental management system, ISO14064-1 greenhouse gas inventory, ISO50001 energy management system, and ISO14067 carbon footprint certification regarding the improvement of the facility management process. We have already planned energy-saving and carbon-reduction plans as well as built renewable energy sources to increase the efficiency of green electricity. Replacing traditional heavy oil boilers with natural gas boilers as substituted powered pallet trucks for kerosene pallet trucks to reduce carbon emissions from energy use. New technology such as water-free dyeing, environmentally friendly lamination ,and coating not only improves the process but reduces the impact of human activity on the environment.
- MARINYLON®Recycled Nylon Fishing Net FabricRecycling decommissioned fishing net process involves retrieving, recycling ,and reusing expelled fishing nets. The retrieved post-use fishing nets go through sorting carefully to ensure the nylon component maximum filtering out. After categorizing post-use nylon fishing nets components, they are subjected to deep cleansing and drying properly ,and then they are able to progress into pellet making and yarn spinning. MARINYLON® yarn can be collocated with other sustainable components.
The MARINYLON® fabric series are GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certified, which means the entire process takes place locally in Taiwan from sorting the fishing nets, washing and cleansing, pellet making ,and yarn spinning. It reduces the impact of producing new petroleum yarn, while reducing carbon dioxide emissions and water consumption.

- Rectification of heavy oil boilerExpected to achieve zero heavy oil consumption, replacing traditional heavy oil boilers with natural gas boilers, can reduce greenhouse gas emissions by at least 25%.
- Powered pallet trucksSubstitute powered pallet trucks for kerosene pallet trucks to reduce carbon emissions.
- Eco-friendly laminating technologyNam Liong Global adopts environmentally friendly TPU film with reactive hot-melt adhesive (referred to as PUR) to improve the source material and production process. Compared with traditional adhesives, it’s more environmentally friendly that meets excellent adhesion as well as reduces the emission of VOCs in a non-toxic, safe, and eco-friendly way.
